Simple, volume-based pricing — you pay for the space your items take in the truck, and you know the number before we start.

Junk removal is priced by volume — that is, how much room your stuff takes up in the truck — not by the hour and not by weight (with a few heavy-material exceptions like concrete and dirt). Here's how to think about it.
Picture the truck bed divided into fractions. A single chair or a mini-fridge is a minimum charge. A few pieces of furniture might be an eighth or a quarter of the truck. A garage full of odds and ends could be a half or three-quarter load, and a whole-house or estate cleanout can be one or more full truckloads. The more space you fill, the more it costs — but the per-item cost drops as the load grows, so combining items into one pickup is the best value.
| Load size | Roughly what fits |
|---|---|
| Minimum / single item | One appliance, mattress, or piece of furniture |
| 1/4 truck | A small room's worth — a few furniture pieces |
| 1/2 truck | A packed garage or a large room cleanout |
| 3/4 truck | Multiple rooms, a big garage plus yard debris |
| Full truck | A whole-house or estate cleanout's worth |

Yes. Even a single small item has a minimum that covers the truck, fuel, labor, and disposal. Combining items into one pickup gets you the best value per piece.
Volume pricing depends on how much room your items actually take in the truck. A photo gets you a close ballpark; the firm price is confirmed on arrival before any work begins.
A few items carry disposal fees because of how they must be handled — appliances with refrigerant (freon), tires, and some electronics. We'll tell you up front if any apply.
